Option 1: Full-Time
- 5 days per week
- Choice of hours:
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
- 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Optional 1 day per week working from home
- Starting salary of £26,000 - £28,000
Option 2: 4-Day Working Week
- 4 days per week
- Choice of hours:
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
- 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Optional 1 day per week working from home
- Salary of £22,400 Pro Rata

The Opportunity
As Office Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting the wider business with a range of administrative and operational duties.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing office operations and administration
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, and facilities
- Managing supplier and contractor relationships
- Processing invoices and maintaining company records
- Supporting Health & Safety and compliance activities
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming enquiries
- Providing support to senior management and wider teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
Who We're Looking For
You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within an Office Coordinator, Senior Administrator, Facilities Coordinator, or Business Support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive and positive approach
- High levels of attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
