Role: Client Delivery Manager

Salary: £45,000–£65,000 DOE

Working Pattern: Hybrid

This growing business is looking for a Client Delivery Manager to oversee software projects, manage client relationships and support long-term account growth.

You’ll take ownership of projects from initial scoping through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and resources are managed effectively. Working closely with a dedicated technical lead, you’ll bridge the gap between clients and development teams, keeping projects on track while ensuring business requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

With responsibility for your own client portfolio and support from a wider delivery team, this is an opportunity to combine project ownership, relationship management and commercial development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirements, budgets, timelines, scope and risk.
  • Act as the main client contact, building lasting relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Coordinate with development and QA teams to manage resources and maintain delivery standards.
  • Lead client meetings, communicate progress and resolve issues before they impact delivery.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and project plans.
  • Contribute to improving delivery processes and ways of working.

Key Skills:

  • Experience managing projects through to completion, ideally within software development or technology.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Confidence gathering requirements, managing expectations and coordinating technical teams.
  • Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools.

Benefits:

  • Monthly performance-related bonus opportunities.
  • Dedicated learning and development time.
  • Private medical insurance
  • Share scheme.
  • Option to buy or sell annual leave.

The Opportunity to Make an Impact

You’ll play a key role in keeping clients informed, projects running smoothly and development teams aligned. The focus is on delivering successful outcomes, building trusted partnerships and helping clients plan for future growth.
