Insurance Development Executive - #2163498

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive independent insurance brokerage in the Leeds area. This role would suit candidates looking to work towards becoming an Account Executive, who are more than happy to “roll up your sleeves”, be proactive and to build yourself a client portfolio.

You will be provided with lots of support including sales and marketing, broker and administrative support and with access to all major markets. You will be free to focus on either general commercial insurances or carve out your own niche area of expertise. Our client does have various schemes which you could focus on including property, farm and agriculture, general commercial and private clients / HNW.

This role could suit applicants who are currently in an account handler or desk-based account executive role, but keen to get out and about meeting clients and building up your own client following. There will be support in terms of some lead generation, marketing and existing data, however, it’s important that you are proactive and creative in networking and locating new opportunities for yourself.

Our client is able to provide an excellent basic salary (dependent on experience) + a lucrative commission structure, full benefits and up to 40 days paid annual leave.
