Nurture CRM is growing, and we're looking for a CRM Technical Lead to help drive the business forward and lead our Dynamics delivery team. If you are currently working in a larger organisation and looking for more autonomy and the chance to make a difference? We'd love to hear from you.

The role

• Lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and bespoke projects for SME clients
• Spend 60-70% of your time working on client projects, balancing several at once
• Lead system design and scope management
• Guide, support and develop the delivery team
• Help shape how we deliver projects, with real influence on how the business grows

What you'll bring

• 3-4 years' Dynamics experience
• Proficient in Power Platform development (Power Automate, Model Driven apps, Canvas apps), plus Power BI, Sales Enterprise and Customer Insights
• JavaScript, API integration and Document Core Pack
• Project management skills, or a willingness to develop them (we'll support you)
• Team leadership, strong organisation and confident decision-making
• Experience of working on multiple projects at once, and an understanding of working in or with SMEs

Nice to have: PCF control development, Field Service, Business Central
