AI IT Trainer - Leeds - Up to £55K - Hybrid

I am seeking an innovative and engaging AI IT Trainer to join a highly respected legal business based in Leeds. As organisations continue to embrace Artificial Intelligence and Microsoft Copilot technologies, this role will play a crucial part in driving AI adoption, improving productivity and empowering employees to use emerging technologies effectively and responsibly. You will be in the office 3 days a week.

Key skills the AI IT Trainer will have:

• Previous experience as an IT Trainer
• Excellent exposure and implementation of AI Tools and applications into the workplace
• Good Experience with Microsoft 365 (CoPilot, SharePoint and Azure)
• Previous E-learning experience (Via presentations, teams/audio calls)
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex IT concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
• Experience within a legal or professional services environment is very desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of structured AI learning for colleagues at different roles, levels and stages of confidence.
• Deliver practical learning on AI literacy, opportunities, limitations, responsible use, information handling and appropriate human oversight.
• Deliver specialist training and coaching in effective prompting, including how to provide context, define outcomes, improve responses and check output quality.
• Design and deliver learning on the appropriate creation, configuration and use of AI agents within the Firm's approved environment.
• Provide hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and coaching for colleagues developing agent skills.
• Deliver training and support for Microsoft 365, in-house applications and other business-critical systems when required.
