T&M Reuse Yorkshire Ltd

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Admin and Sales Executive role at T&M Reuse Yorkshire Ltd is based in Leeds and combines day-to-day administrative responsibilities with customer service, collection coordination, and proactive sales activities. As an IT recycling and disposal company, T&M Reuse Yorkshire Ltd offers an opportunity for the successful candidate to support business operations while contributing to sales growth and the development of new customer relationships.

The role involves handling incoming customer enquiries by phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing information about IT equipment collection, recycling, and disposal services, preparing quotations, and processing collection bookings and customer orders. The Admin and Sales Executive will proactively generate new business through cold calling, outbound sales activities, lead generation, and email marketing campaigns, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities to develop new accounts.

A key responsibility will be organising and coordinating IT equipment collections from customers. This includes arranging suitable collection dates and times, confirming bookings with customers, liaising with drivers, logistics teams, and internal colleagues, and ensuring all relevant collection details are recorded accurately. The successful candidate will maintain and update the company calendar with scheduled collections, appointments, customer follow-ups, and other important activities to ensure efficient planning, clear communication, and smooth day-to-day operations. They will monitor upcoming collections, communicate any changes or delays, and ensure the relevant teams have the information needed to complete collections efficiently.

Following each collection, the Admin and Sales Executive will contact customers by telephone or email to obtain feedback on their experience, confirm their satisfaction with the service, and identify any issues requiring attention. They will record customer feedback, follow up on concerns, and communicate relevant information to the appropriate team to support service improvements. They will also use customer interactions to strengthen relationships, encourage repeat business, identify additional service requirements, and explore opportunities for referrals or new business.

Administrative duties include managing correspondence and documentation, maintaining accurate customer and collection records, processing bookings and orders, and supporting invoicing and financial administration using QuickBooks. The successful candidate will liaise with suppliers, partners, customers, and internal departments to ensure efficient operations and compliance with relevant procedures. Using HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office applications, the individual will maintain customer records, track sales activities, schedule follow-up communications, and contribute to sales strategies through customer feedback and business insights.

This position is ideal for a proactive, organised, and commercially minded individual who can balance administrative accuracy with confident customer communication, collection scheduling, and business development. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, maintain an organised calendar, follow up on outstanding tasks, and work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Their contribution will help improve operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth within the IT reuse and recycling sector.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the role based on-site in Leeds.

The salary is £14 per hour.
