What we can offer:

• £28,000 base salary + uncapped commission (up to 60%) & company benefits. Average 1st year OTE £45-50k

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Own the full 360° executive recruitment process, working with both clients and candidates
• Specialise in a niche global industry sector within our core markets
• Develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones
• Headhunt and engage top senior-level talent
• Advise and consult with clients on executive hiring strategies
• Work independently and within a team, building your specialist market like your own business

What we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred but not essential)
• Drive, confidence, and a hunger for success in a sales/business development environment
• A positive, resilient, and competitive mindset
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
• Accountability for achieving targets and growing your specialist market
• Ambition to go beyond the basics and continuously push yourself
