Client Delivery Manager - #2165679

This opportunity combines client engagement with project oversight. You will partner with a dedicated software delivery team, supporting a range of organisations across different industries and ensuring projects progress smoothly from planning through to completion.

What You'll Do

• Manage projects from planning through to delivery, keeping timelines, budgets and priorities on track.
• Build strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
• Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen client partnerships.
• Work with development and QA teams to coordinate delivery and resources.
• Manage project communications, stakeholder meetings, issues and documentation.
• Help improve delivery processes and ways of working across the business.

Experience & Capabilities

• Experience delivering projects in a client-facing environment.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience gathering requirements and turning them into clear project plans.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams to support successful delivery.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira is desirable.
