Role: AI/Power Platform Engineer

Job Description:

This role involves designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, AI, and intelligent automation. You will work closely with product owners, architects, delivery leads, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions. You will develop applications, workflows, AI-powered agents, and assistants using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder. You will also integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, APIs, and enterprise systems while contributing to platform governance, security, CI/CD practices, engineering standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

• Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.

• Experience building intelligent automation and AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments.

• Strong understanding of application design, solution architecture, and integration patterns.

• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems, REST APIs, and data sources.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power BI, and enterprise application integrations.

• Understanding of security, governance, compliance, and operational support requirements.

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and solution deployment practices.

• Experience working in Agile, product-led, or iterative delivery environments.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Experience providing technical leadership, coaching, or mentoring to other engineers.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.

• Knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and Azure DevOps.

• Programming experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or .NET.

• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

• Experience with Power Platform governance and Centre of Excellence (CoE) approaches.

• Understanding of identity and access management, information security, and responsible AI governance.

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation initiatives.

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
