Client Manager - #2166819

I'm looking for a strategically minded, highly organised Client Manager to join a creative agency team in Leeds, managing major global and FMCG accounts.

This is an opportunity to work across global store strategy, corporate projects, research and innovation, with the variety of faster-moving FMCG and shopper marketing work.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a portfolio of two to three client accounts.
• Building trusted relationships with clients, agency teams and external partners.
• Turning complex briefs into clear objectives, plans and deliverables.
• Coordinating strategy, creative and content projects from brief to delivery.
• Managing timelines, budgets, project scope and revenue.

What you need

• At least two years’ relevant agency experience, operating at Account Manager/Client Manager level or with comparable responsibility.
• Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
• Strategic thinking and the confidence to challenge briefs constructively.
• Experience managing creative, content or research projects.
• Strong client management, communication and commercial awareness.
• A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine passion for marketing.
• Global or corporate experience would be valuable, while FMCG or shopper marketing experience would be a bonus.

Salary £32-£35k

Must be Leeds based or able to commute to Leeds 3 days a week.
