Everything Digital

We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our growing Paid Ads team at Everything Digital.

This is a hands-on performance marketing role for someone who is confident managing paid advertising accounts across multiple platforms, with particular strength in Google Ads and paid search.

You'll work across a varied portfolio of ecommerce and lead-generation clients, taking responsibility for campaign setup, optimisation, testing, reporting and ongoing performance.

While paid search will be a major part of the role, we're building a genuinely multi-channel Paid Ads team. You'll therefore have the opportunity to work across platforms including Google, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and emerging advertising platforms such as ChatGPT as they develop.

You'll work alongside our Account Director and Paid Ads team, allowing you to focus heavily on campaign performance while still contributing to wider client strategy.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Managing paid advertising accounts across a portfolio of clients.
  • Building, launching and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and other relevant campaign types.
  • Managing Microsoft Advertising/Bing campaigns.
  • Managing and developing Amazon Ads campaigns.
  • Supporting campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest where required.
  • Testing and adopting emerging paid advertising platforms where commercially relevant.
  • Carrying out keyword research, search-term analysis and negative keyword management.
  • Creating and improving campaign structures.
  • Managing bidding strategies, budgets and audience targeting.
  • Optimising product feeds and Shopping campaigns.
  • Working with Merchant Center and associated ecommerce feed platforms.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, profitability, CPA and overall account performance.
  • Reviewing account tracking and highlighting issues with GA4, GTM, pixels, conversion tracking and attribution.
  • Creating structured testing programmes across campaigns, creative, audiences and landing pages.
  • Monitoring pacing and ensuring client budgets are being used effectively.
  • Carrying out regular account audits.
  • Supporting the Account Director with strategic recommendations and performance insights.
  • Working with our creative team to identify the types of ads, messaging and assets required to improve performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand activity onto additional advertising platforms.
  • Keeping up to date with platform changes, automation, AI and new advertising products.
  • Contributing to internal Paid Ads processes, best practice and team development.
Paid Search focus

Although this is a multi-channel role, we're particularly looking for someone with strong paid-search experience.

You should be comfortable working independently across areas including:

  • Google Search
  • Google Shopping
  • Performance Max
  • Demand Gen
  • Microsoft Ads
  • Amazon Ads
  • Merchant Center
  • Product feeds
  • Keyword strategy
  • Search-term optimisation
  • Bid strategies
  • Conversion tracking
  • Ecommerce and lead-generation campaigns

You don't need to be an expert in every advertising platform from day one.

We'd rather hire someone with excellent paid-search fundamentals, strong commercial thinking and the ability to learn additional channels than someone with surface-level knowledge of everything.

What we're looking for

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Previous hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts.
  • Strong understanding of paid-search campaign structure and optimisation.
  • Experience working with meaningful client advertising budgets.
  • Experience across both ecommerce and/or lead-generation campaigns.
  • Good understanding of Google Shopping and Performance Max.
  • Knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance data.
  • An understanding of ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, profitability and wider commercial metrics.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities rather than simply maintaining campaigns.
  • Confidence working independently while contributing to a wider team.

Experience with any of the following would be particularly useful:

  • Amazon Ads
  • Microsoft Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Pinterest Ads
  • Merchant Center
  • Shopify
  • Feed-management platforms
  • Looker Studio
  • GTM
  • Enhanced Conversions
  • Meta Pixel/CAPI
