We are working with a business in Leeds who are looking to appoint an Talent HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across a growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator looking to step into a broader HR role or an established HR Coordinator seeking their next challenge.
Working closely with the HR Manager and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience by providing efficient HR support throughout the employee life cycle.What you'll need to succeed

• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new starters.
• Conduct CV screening
• Prepare contracts, offer letters and employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Process employee changes, including promotions, salary reviews and contractual amendments.
• Monitor probation periods and support performance review processes.
• Manage absence records, holiday requests and HR reporting.
• Assist with payroll preparation and provide payroll information to external providers.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.

• Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment life cycle activities.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
