Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic RIBA chartered practice who provide architectural and masterplanning services to high profile projects across the North of England. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to join their Leeds studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Produce drawing packages using Revit
• Prepare building regulation drawings and construction details
• Prepare tender drawing and information packages
• Coordinate architectural design information with other members of the project team
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
• Working towards CIAT Chartership
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on projects within the commercial and education sector
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
