We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Civil Engineering & Construction division based in Leeds.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive comprehensive training and mentorship whilst developing expertise within the civil engineering and construction sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and engaging high-calibre engineering and construction professionals.
• Building and managing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Developing new business opportunities with construction contractors, consultancies and infrastructure organisations.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
• Managing the recruitment process from introduction through to placement.
• Creating candidate shortlists and presenting them to clients.
• Negotiating offers and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Keeping up to date with market trends, projects and industry developments.
• Building your personal brand through LinkedIn, networking and industry events.
