Regional Director - Flexible Workspace

This is such an exciting opportunity to work with a flex operator with plans to double in size within 12 months. They have the operations and customer service nailed. Now they need a commercial leader who can chase every enquiry, close the deal and build the sales engine behind the growth.

The Role:

• Lead sales across the all sites and coach two Property Consultants to convert more
• Win back ground with agents and brokers as the challenger brand with plenty to offer
• Lead marketing and own pricing, revenue and reporting
• Help mobilise new Northwest sites alongside hands-on founders
• Opportunity to step up to Commercial Director based on performance
• Relaxed and friendly culture with a serious commercial edge

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven sales and commercial success in flexible workspace, ideally with brokers and agents in your network
• Experience from a similar sector (PBSA, build-to-rent, serviced offices) will also be considered if you can quickly apply your sales skills to flex
• A coach and team builder who is firm but fair, and can raise standards while keeping people engaged
• A natural closer: urgent, persistent and commercially sharp, with a strong negotiating style
• Comfortable reading financials and managing budgets against targets
• Structured, mature and professional in how you run a business, with the trust and integrity to lead a partly remote team
• Happy to travel up to 50% of the time. The role is open to candidates outside the Northwest for the right person.
