Interested in business and management but struggling to find an opportunity to get started?

At Leeds Events, we're looking for ambitious, motivated individuals who want to develop practical business skills and work towards leadership and management responsibilities.

We believe good managers understand the business from the ground up. That's why our development approach starts with hands-on experience in face-to-face sales, customer engagement and promotional campaigns at events and shopping centres across Leeds.

As your skills develop, there's scope to become involved in team leadership, campaign coordination and business operations.

What You'll Be Learning

  • Customer engagement, sales and communication skills.
  • How promotional campaigns are organised and delivered.
  • Team leadership, motivation and supporting others.
  • Business development and campaign performance.
  • Planning, organisation and day-to-day operations.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need previous management experience or a business degree.

We're looking for people who:

  • Have an interest in business and leadership.
  • Enjoy meeting people and working with others.
  • Are motivated, reliable and willing to learn.
  • Have initiative and enjoy a challenge.
  • Are prepared to get stuck in and learn the practical side of the business.

Why Leeds Events?

You'll have access to practical guidance, ongoing support and opportunities to develop your skills through real campaigns.

For those who demonstrate the right attitude and ability, there's scope to take on additional responsibilities in team development and campaign management.

We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to be willing to learn.

Interested?

If you're looking for an opportunity to develop your business and leadership skills, we'd like to hear from you.

Apply today and tell us a little about yourself.
