We’re a specialist recruitment business with one niche: finding closers and direct sales people for UK businesses. We’re founder-led, small and close-knit. We’re paid in stages as our starters stay in their jobs, so we only put the right people in the right roles, and clients come back because of it. 2027 is a big growth year: we’re adding an SDR, a TAS, an RC and a senior roles desk, and you’ll be part of building it.

The role

You’ll open doors. You’ll find UK businesses that hire direct sales people, start the conversation and book qualified meetings for our founder, who pitches and closes. No recruiting and no closing: your job is pipeline.

What you’ll do

• Research and build target lists of businesses hiring sales teams
• Prospect by phone, LinkedIn and email using Enginy and Loxo
• Qualify interest and book meetings into the founder’s diary
• Keep the CRM accurate and report on activity and meetings booked

What success looks like

Around 3-5 qualified meetings a week once you’re up to speed, and a growing list of businesses that know who we are.

What you’ll bring

• Confidence on the phone and resilience when you hear “no”
• Organised, target-driven and keen to learn
• B2B sales, lead generation or recruitment experience is a plus, but attitude matters more

What you’ll get

• £30,000–£32,000 basic plus commission: realistically £40,000 in your first year
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, in our Leeds City Centre office
