Account Handler - #2170007

This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from a very conveniently located office with plenty of parking, the other 2 days working from home (Thursdays and Fridays). The office atmosphere is enjoyable and professional; very team oriented and supportive.

In this role you will be dealing with a diverse variety of clients, some personal lines and some commercial, covering a wide range of insurances including private motor and household, PA, travel, MNW and HNW including antiques and collections, commercial motor and both private and commercial property insurances, as well as a whole range of other insurances.

This is a relatively busy team with lots of client and insurer contact, so it is important that you enjoy communicating, via email, telephone, Teams and occasionally client facing. You will be well organised and able to keep accurate and up to date client files using Acturis system.

This role could suit different types of applicant, perhaps you’re at the beginning of your insurance career (12 months experience) and would like to join a supportive business where you can develop a career, learn from those around you and be able to study your CII qualifications. Alternatively, you may be at the other end of your career and be looking for a role with minimal responsibility, where you can focus entirely on providing an exceptional level of service. This role comes with a basic salary of up to £33k per annum and with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible hybrid working.
