HR Administrator (Shared Services) LS27 (Morley area) £13.48 per hour Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Temporary Assignment | Up to Christmas DAYFORCE EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy Shared Services team on a temporary basis.This is a fast-paced administrative role supporting a range of HR processes, providing accurate data management and excellent internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing employee records and maintaining HR systems
• Processing starters, leavers and contractual changes
• Supporting onboarding and compliance checks
• Responding to HR-related queries from employees and managers
• Producing HR letters and documentation
• Assisting with payroll administration and reporting tasks
• Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times

Essential Requirements

• Previous HR administration experience
• Experience working within a Shared Services environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications
• Previous Dayforce experience is essential
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
