HR Business Partner | Exciting Opportunity

We’re working with a fantastic organisation looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing People team.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded, hands-on HR professional who enjoys working closely with business leaders, influencing people strategy and making a real difference.

The Role

As HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing both strategic and operational HR support across the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with managers and senior leaders to deliver effective people solutions.
• Providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management and employment legislation.
• Supporting organisational change, restructuring and transformation initiatives.
• Coaching and developing managers to build strong, high-performing teams.
• Using people data and insights to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Supporting employee engagement, talent development and wider HR initiatives.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar generalist HR role.
• Is confident managing complex employee relations matters.
• Can build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Has a sound understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Is commercially aware, pragmatic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys balancing strategic projects with hands-on operational HR support.
