Solutions Engineer - Cloud & AI - #2171518

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to join a growing technology team focused on delivering innovative business solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes, and enhance user experiences across a complex enterprise environment. Based 3 days a week in the Manchester or Leeds offices.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with business engagement. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, design practical solutions, and deliver modern applications, workflows, integrations, automations and AI-powered capabilities that create measurable value.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Analysing business processes and translating requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Designing, building and supporting solutions across low-code, workflow, automation and AI platforms
• Developing applications, workflows, forms, integrations and business process automations
• Building integrations between enterprise systems, APIs and data services
• Working with stakeholders to evaluate solution options, risks and technical trade-offs
• Supporting the full solution life cycle, including design, testing, deployment and continuous improvement
• Creating clear technical documentation and solution designs
• Leveraging AI technologies and automation tools to improve delivery and user outcomes
• Collaborating with architects, platform owners and technical teams to ensure solutions meet governance, security and operational standards

• Business process analysis and solution design
• APIs, integrations and data modelling
• Low-code and automation technologies
• Testing, release management and application life cycle management
• Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
• Working within structured governance, security and compliance frameworks
• Explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with one or more of the following would be advantageous:

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Microsoft Azure services and integrations
• ServiceNow
• AI and Copilot technologies
• DevOps tooling and deployment pipelines
• Workflow orchestration and automation platforms
