Our client is a property management organisation seeking a Front of House Property Admin to join their team on a permanent basis. On a salary of £27000, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors, ensuring the property runs smoothly, securely, and to a high standard every single day.

• Be the building's brand ambassador, managing access control, security, and resident relations 
• Hands-on responsibility for site maintenance, health and safety compliance, and day-to-day reactive maintenance coordination

Preferred Requirements

• Proven Face to Face customer service experience
• Being able to handleenquiries, complaints, and inductions professionally
• Competence or willingness to learn in health and safety compliance, fire safety procedures, and site maintenance coordination
• Comfortable working independently on a lone worker basis and managing multiple priorities across a busy shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Fire Safety or First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain these
• Experience with property management software or building management systems
