G&E Group is a specialist Executive Search firm with offices across the UK, partnering with innovative companies within the Electrical and Energy industries in USA. We connect exceptional talent with organisations driving the future of clean energy and infrastructure.
We specialise in working with senior leaders and companies generating billions in revenue, helping them hire the people who drive major projects forward. We're looking for driven, personable graduates (max 2 years from graduation) to join us as Executive Search Consultants and shape the future of G&E Group.
The Role
As a Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact recruitment and advisory projects. You’ll:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and talent strategies
- Research, identify, and engage with senior-level professionals across specialist markets
- Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunities
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, from initial brief to offer and placement
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates while developing your own sector expertise
This is a commercially focused, people-driven role offering early exposure to senior decision-makers and complex business challenges.
