Warehouse Operative / Administrator

Location: Leeds- LS9

Pay: £12.92 per hour

Roles: Part-time and full-time positions available

Shifts: 5 days out of 7

• 05:00am–10:00am- 5 out of 7 days
• 05:00am–14:00pm- 5 out of 7 days
• 13:00pm–22:00pm - 5 out of 7 days.

Start: ASAP

Contract: Temporary to permanent after 12 successful weeks.

Flexibility required: Working days and hours may vary depending on business needs. You must be available to work any 5 out of 7 days per week.
We are recruiting a Warehouse Operative / Administrator to join a growing logistics team in Leeds. This role is primarily focused on administration, data entry and customer service, with only 1–2 hours per shift spent on parcel sorting.

Key responsibilities:

• Inputting data and updating internal systems.
• General administration and record keeping.
• Handling customer enquiries and delivery queries.
• Tracking parcels and resolving issues.
• Supporting drivers and the wider team.
• Occasional parcel sorting and handling.

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience is essential.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organised and flexible.
