Reporting directly to the HR Director and managing a small, high-performing Talent Acquisition team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment agenda across both specialist and corporate functions. This is a visible leadership role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to attract, engage and hire exceptional talent while continuing to evolve the organisation's talent acquisition strategy, employer brand and candidate experience.

The firm has built an outstanding reputation in its specialist sectors and is widely recognised for its inclusive culture, strong values and commitment to employee development. The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering a proactive talent acquisition strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Building talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Advising stakeholders on market trends, talent availability and best-practice hiring approaches.
  • Managing sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, direct networks, agencies and other channels.
  • Coaching hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques.
  • Driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes, systems and reporting.
  • Managing agency and supplier relationships to maximise value and performance.
  • Enhancing the organisation's employer brand and employee value proposition.
  • Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Producing meaningful recruitment metrics and insights to support decision making.

About You

We are keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Significant in-house recruitment experience, ideally in the legal sector.
  • Strong knowledge of direct sourcing and talent acquisition best practice.
  • Experience recruiting senior, specialist and business services professionals.
  • Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership experience, including managing and developing recruitment teams.
  • A data-driven and commercial approach to recruitment.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
  • Sound understanding of UK employment, equality and recruitment legislation.

What's on Offer?

  • A key leadership role within a growing and highly respected organisation.
  • The opportunity to shape and influence talent strategy across the business.
  • A genuinely collaborative, people-focused culture.
  • Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision making.
  • Hybrid working and excellent career development opportunities.
  • The chance to join a business with an impressive growth story and exciting plans for the future.

If you are an experienced Talent Acquisition leader who thrives in a stakeholder-driven environment and enjoys balancing strategic influence with hands-on delivery, we would love to hear from you.
