Delivery Consultant - #2172999
Randstad UK
Are you looking to launch or accelerate your recruitment career within an award-winning global organisation, working on a warm, highly profitable desk alongside a Client Solutions Specialist with over 20 years of industry experience?
At Randstad Leeds, we are disrupting traditional recruitment models. We are building an innovation-led Environmental & Compliance Hub that operates at the absolute cutting edge of recruitment technology.
You will not be making cold sales calls or building a desk from scratch. Instead, you will manage open vacancies end-to-end for established corporate consultancy clients who already have open doors for us. Supported by market-leading Agentic AI tools and a £300k+ year-on-year billing Director, you will step into a warm, high-demand sector with massive earning potential from Day 1.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Delivery Consultant, you will manage the recruitment process from end to end across our corporate client portfolio:
- Managing Warm Corporate Accounts: Partnering with established consultancy and compliance clients to understand their technical requirements and fulfill live vacancies.
- AI-Powered Sourcing: Matching top-tier candidates against pre-qualified specifications using LinkedIn Recruiter Pro, our massive internal database, and automated search tools.
- Tailored Candidate Marketing: Writing engaging advertisements and bespoke candidate profiles tailored to your clients' specific needs.
- Building Market Networks: Cultivating your own network of specialist candidates across the fast-growing environmental and building compliance sectors.
- Leveraging Cutting-Edge AI: Working at the very edge of recruitment tech. You will use the latest Agentic AI tools on the market to automate heavy administrative tasks, giving you a distinct competitive advantage over rival agencies.
What We Are Looking For:
- You will ideally be a recruitment resourcer who is working on a technology or professional services sector desk.
- Experience of working in a high-yield, specialist delivery role.
- Alternatively we will consider applications from ambitious graduates, career-changers from a different sales discipline such as lettings, or resourcers looking for a high-yield, specialist delivery role.
- Strong communicators with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A forward-thinking, tech-savvy mindset eager to learn and harness the latest AI technology.
- Whether you have prior recruitment experience or not, all candidates will receive world-class training and daily support provided.
Why Join Us? (Benefits & Perks)
- Uncapped & Enhanced Commission: A top-heavy commission structure designed to heavily reward high achievers in a high-volume sector.
- Direct Executive Mentorship: Daily, desk-side coaching directly from an Associate Director with nearly 20 years of top-billing recruitment expertise.
- Market-Leading AI Tech Stack: Access to cutting-edge AI tools, predictive workflow systems, and premium LinkedIn Recruiter Pro licenses.
- Free City Centre Parking: On-site Leeds city-centre parking included.
- Wellness & Work-Life Balance: Scheduled wellness timeouts built into your day for walks, runs, or gym sessions.
- Unrivalled Share Investment Scheme: Matched share purchase plans with the world’s largest recruitment organisation.
- Limitless Career Progression: Unlimited vertical and horizontal career advancement opportunities, including international transfer options.
- Thriving Office Culture: A collaborative, social, and fun team environment with a high-performance professional edge.
