Remuneration: £55,000 + Company car / Car allowance

The role of the SHEQ & ISO Manager - Concrete Manufacturing will involve:

• SHEQ & ISO Manager position responsible for implementing the highest health, safety, environmental, ISO and quality standards across the production of precast concrete systems
• Ensure products consistently meet required specifications, regulatory standards, and customer expectations
• Drive health and safety performance through effective risk management, incident investigation, and implementation of safe working practices
• Plan and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring non-conformances are addressed with robust corrective actions

The ideal applicant will be a SHEQ & ISO Manager - Concrete Manufacturing with:

• Must have experience in a Health and Safety Manager, SHEQ or equal position
• Must have precast concrete, hard civils, industrial or manufacturing experience within the construction sector
• Possess a relevant NEBOSH qualification
• Experienced in all areas of Health and Safety maintaining policies, assessing risks, training, audits and inspection, dealing with incidents and reporting
• Knowledge of ISO standards
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Must be an excellent communicator and leader
