Telesales Executive – Training & Learning

Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: £32,000 basic, increasing to £34,000 after probation

Are you a confident B2B or B2C sales professional looking for your next opportunity? Do you enjoy speaking to people, building relationships and converting conversations into sales?

We are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join a growing training provider based in Leeds City Centre.

This is a telephone-based sales role where you will speak with prospective learners, understand their needs and encourage them to enrol onto suitable training courses. You'll receive a competitive basic salary with no commission structure, alongside the opportunity to develop your career within the training and learning sector.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective learners
• Following up on warm enquiries and converting leads into enrolments
• Understanding learners' requirements and recommending suitable training courses
• Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with prospective learners
• Guiding learners through the enrolment process
• Following up outstanding enquiries, information and documentation
• Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system
• Completing associated administration accurately
• Working towards individual targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is confident on the telephone, commercially minded and motivated by sales, with the ability to engage people and turn conversations into positive outcomes.

To be considered, you must have experience in B2B or B2C sales. This could include:

• Telesales or telephone-based sales
• Internal sales or lead generation
• Business development
• Retail or consumer sales
• Recruitment or sales consultancy
• Account management with a sales focus

You'll need excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner and the ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within training, apprenticeships or education would be advantageous but is not essential. We're open to candidates from a variety of sales backgrounds who can demonstrate a proactive approach and a genuine interest in helping people find the right training opportunities.
