Zero2Five is looking for an experienced, passionate Nursery Leader to take the lead at a fantastic community-focused nursery in Leeds!

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious early years professional to shape an inspiring, inclusive setting where children, families and staff can truly thrive.

We’re keen to hear from confident early years leaders who can:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated nursery team
• Champion high-quality, play-based learning and the EYFS
• Drive safeguarding, inclusion and SEND provision
• Build strong relationships with families and the wider community
• Oversee nursery operations, budgets and occupancy
• Bring energy, vision and a passion for helping every child thrive

You’ll need a relevant degree-level qualification and proven leadership and management experience within early years or a comparable educational setting.
