Salary: Up to £60K DOE

The role

You’ll look after a quality book of commercial clients with genuine autonomy and room to grow as the business does. Responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial clients from renewal through to mid-term changes and claims support
• Building strong, long-term relationships through regular client meetings.
• Understanding each client’s risks and putting together tailored insurance programmes
• Negotiating terms with insurers and presenting recommendations clearly
• Spotting opportunities to round out cover and grow existing accounts
• Working with specialists across the group on more technical or complex risks

About you

• Solid experience handling a commercial insurance book within a broker
• Confident dealing with clients face to face, with strong relationship skills
• Good technical knowledge across commercial lines
• Cert CII or working towards it (ACII desirable)
• Organised and self-motivated, comfortable working with autonomy
• Keen to develop your career with a growing business
