You’ve delivered the migrations. You’ve built the Azure environments, moved the mailboxes, rebuilt the networks and handed it all over to the service desk. The question is whether your next role trusts you to own the whole project, or just the tasks inside it.

This one gives you the whole project.

It’s a senior hands-on role in an established Professional Services team at a growing MSP. You’ll lead complex migration, transformation and infrastructure refresh projects for SME customers, from technical planning through to handover. You’ll work closely with the PMO and Pre-Sales/Solutions Architecture teams, turning their designs into secure, scalable builds that hold up in production.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading delivery across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access and Exchange Online
• Designing and deploying Azure IaaS (compute, networking, storage)
• Delivering server, network, firewall and virtualisation work across cloud, hybrid and on-prem
• Spotting delivery risks early and working through them with the wider team
• Acting as a senior technical voice: guiding other engineers and keeping standards high

What you’ll bring

• A strong track record of delivering infrastructure and cloud projects end to end
• Depth across Azure, Entra ID/AD DS, Intune, Hyper-V/VMware, Windows Server and Exchange migrations
• Networking experience (Sophos, SonicWall, UniFi, Aruba) and BCDR tools such as Datto and Veeam
• The ability to explain technical decisions clearly to customers and colleagues
• A full UK driving licence (for travel to customer sites)
