The Role

• Headhunt and engage senior-level professionals
• Build relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage 360 recruitment cycles: From business development to resourcing and placement
• Develop expertise within a specialist market
• Work towards clear progression and earning targets

• 2025 or 2026 graduates (all degree backgrounds considered)
• Strong communicators with a positive attitude
• Competitive, resilient and driven individuals
