£50k-£60k basic (£80k-£100k realistic OTE - Uncapped + £10k overachievement bonus

I'm working with an established, independent technology recruitment and consultancy business in Leeds that's looking for someone to concentrate on winning and developing clients.

They've already got an experienced delivery team so rather than spending half your week filling the vacancies you've won, you can focus on bringing more business in.

And you're not restricted to selling recruitment. Alongside permanent and contract recruitment, the business offers technology consultancy, coaching and leadership development services.

What's on offer?

• £50k-£60k basic, depending on experience.
• £80k-£100k potential OTE, depending on performance.
• Uncapped commission: 10% on new business up to target, 15% above.
• Additional commission on existing-client business.
• £10k annual overachievement bonus, subject to target.
• Two days a week in the Leeds office.
• Potential progression into Head of Sales or Director-level responsibilities.

Who would suit it?

An experienced technology recruiter who enjoys opening doors, meeting clients and winning new business.

Perhaps you've built your own desk, developed a strong client base or consistently generated business through your own relationships.

You don't need to want to manage a team. You don't need to enjoy delivery.

But you do need to demonstrate that you can personally win clients and generate revenue.
