Senior Account Manager - #2177040

Rule of 7 are delighted to have been appointed to support in the extension of a Leeds based branding agency. As such, we are looking to speak to Senior Account Manager's with over 5 years experience in industry, looking for their next opportunity. This role is to start ideally in January, so perfect if you are looking to start the New Year with a fresh start - as we are entering November, this is a perfect time to apply.

Location:

Hybrid with in person days to be determined on a case by case basis. Office is based in the Leeds area.

Salary:

£40k - £46k DOE

About the Role:

You will be the go to person within the agency to ensure that all projects and campaigns are running on time and smoothly. Your role is pivotal within both the agency and the broader client portfolio as you will be closely connected with every member of the team from Social through to Design. As such, you will be actively involved in pitching and quarterly business reviews with clients and love being a champion for your clients, internally within the agency.

What you'll be doing

• Ensuring all projects are delivered accordingly within timeframe and budget
• Be able to articulate the client needs to a brief to be used internally
• Be the go to person internally but a trusted partner with the agencies clients
• Encouraging the team to pull out their best work creatively and supporting your colleagues in anything they may need

Who we're looking for

We're looking for somebody who wants to work somewhere a little different. This is not a typical Client Services role at a large agency but more a opportunity for somebody to be a driving force within an already established agency. You will be at the stage in your career where you want to work with people with a hard working mindset who motivate and inspire one another. You will have at least five years experience working in an agency setting and will bring a fresh way of thinking to a smaller team.
