Paid Media Manager - #2177891

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Paid Media Manager to join a growing digital marketing agency.

You’ll lead the strategy and performance of a portfolio of client accounts, taking responsibility for planning, forecasting and commercial delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with client management and supporting the development of others.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading paid media strategy across a portfolio of high-value client accounts.
• Managing campaign performance and delivering results against client KPIs and wider business objectives.
• Leading seasonal planning, forecasting and budgeting.
• Developing integrated strategies with an awareness of other digital channels.
• Building strong client relationships and providing strategic recommendations.
• Mentoring and line managing Analysts and Executives, supporting their development through regular check-ins and reviews.
• Contributing to audits, proposals and new business pitches.
• Providing updates to senior leadership on account performance and opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

• At least four years’ experience in paid media, with proven strategic responsibility.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Advanced knowledge of paid media platforms and reporting tools.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A passion for supporting and developing others.
