A fast-growing law firm is expanding its residential conveyancing team and hiring at two levels.

• Newly Qualified Solicitor: £40k to £45k + bonus

What you’ll be doing

• Running residential sales and purchases from instruction to completion
• Drafting contracts, raising enquiries and reviewing searches
• Keeping clients updated and reassured throughout the move
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Working with the team to keep files moving and deals completing

What you bring

• Residential conveyancing experience, from assistant level up to newly qualified
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to run a busy caseload
• A good way with clients
