Home-Based - Site travel Required (2.5 hour radius of Leeds/Manchester)

Are you a Heat Pump Installer looking to come off the tools into a stable, long-term role where you'll be the go-to technical expert, supporting an established manufacturer's renewables growth?

This is a permanent position with a well-established UK manufacturer where you will receive full product training, be properly looked after and have the autonomy to manage your own diary while supporting the sales team and installer network.

The company have been established for 30 years and are continuing to grow their renewables offering, including breaking further into the heat pump market and new developments. As a result of continued success, they are now looking to add to their specialist technical support team.

In this role you will support the external sales team with technical advice focused on Air Source Heat Pumps, working with heating & plumbing merchants and installers. You'll handle technical queries by phone and email from home, with regular travel to site (typically 2-3 days per week within around a 2.5-hour radius) to meet installers and help progress projects.

This role would suit someone with strong Heat Pump installation experience, looking to step into an off-the-tools position with training, autonomy and long-term security.

The Role:

• Technical support to the external sales team, renewables focused (Air Source Heat Pumps)
• Advising on technical queries to support sales and installers (phone / email)
• Working with heating & plumbing merchants and installers
• Home-based with travel to site meetings 2-3 days per week (typically within a 2.5-hour radius)
• Good company benefits available

The Person:

• Strong Heat Pump installation experience
• Plumbing / heating / gas qualifications, including G3 Unvented
• Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and manage a diary
