We’re looking for recruiters across any white-collar construction discipline, including Facilities Management (FM). Whether you’re an established 360 recruiter or have a delivery-focused background, this is an opportunity to build on your experience with the support of a wider recruitment business.

• A collaborative team: Work alongside other recruiters, sharing knowledge, supporting one another and making the most of opportunities across the wider business.
• A flexible working pattern: Based in Leeds, with three days in the office each week.

What are we looking for?

We're keen to speak with Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants who have experience within white-collar construction recruitment, across any discipline, including Facilities Management.

You'll bring a good understanding of your market, the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

We're open to both 360 recruiters and those who have focused primarily on delivery. However, if you're coming from a delivery-focused background, you'll need to be comfortable stepping outside your current remit, embracing business development and working towards building your own client relationships over time.
