Sterling is growing its Leeds team and looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals to join us as Entry-Level Account Executives.

This is an opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants hands-on commercial experience, structured training and a clear route to greater responsibility.

No previous experience is required. We’re more interested in how you communicate, your attitude and your willingness to learn.

The Role

Sterling works across offline marketing and customer acquisition, helping brands connect directly with their customers through people-led campaigns.

As an Account Executive, you’ll:

• Support live client marketing campaigns
• Represent client brands professionally
• Engage with customers and build strong relationships
• Work towards individual and team performance goals
• Develop skills across marketing, account management and business development
• Receive regular coaching and feedback

As you develop, you’ll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility across campaigns, accounts and teams.

Who We’re Looking For

You could be a graduate, career starter, career changer or someone coming from retail, hospitality, sport or another customer-facing background.
