Locum Employment Solicitor | Leeds | 3-Month Contract | Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE for a 3-month locum contract with a law firm in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in claimant-side employment law and trade union work who is available to start as soon as possible.

The Role

• Advising and representing claimants in a range of employment law matters.
• Handling contentious employment matters, including Employment Tribunal claims.
• Supporting trade unions and their members on employment-related issues.
• Managing a varied caseload, providing clear, practical and commercially aware legal advice.
• Working effectively in a busy legal team and hitting the ground running.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE in employment law.
• Strong experience in claimant-side employment work.
• Previous experience advising or representing trade unions and/or their members is essential.
• Confident handling Employment Tribunal matters and employment disputes.
• Available to start immediately or at very short notice.
