Responsibilities

• Create a regular publishing schedule, in line with feature campaigns on the website
• Shoot and edit content of jewellery and watches in our boutiques, in line with brand tone
• Work with partner brands to plan and deliver co-branded content and campaigns
• Weekly calls with digital marketing agency to review paid media budget, performance
• Monthly performance reporting across channels with recommendations for improvement
• Manage comments and DMs with the same care as an in-store client interaction
• Direct any product and appointment enquiries to staff or e-commerce department

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
• Good understanding of digital marketing
• Strong creative writing skills
• Interest in luxury goods, particularly jewellery and watches Desirable: Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut/Canva
