What You'll Be Doing As HR Business Partner

• Partner with senior leaders to improve business performance, organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Develop and deliver people strategies aligned to operational and commercial objectives.
• Coach and influence leaders to build capability, accountability and high-performing teams.
• Lead on complex employee relations matters, providing pragmatic and commercially focused solutions.
• Support organisational design, restructures and transformation programmes.
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Use people data and insights to influence decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Champion continuous improvement across people processes and employee experience.
• Promote the adoption of technology, analytics and AI to enhance efficiency and support better business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policy and best practice.

What We're Looking For?

• Experienced HR Business Partner with a strong commercial mindset.
• Confident influencing, coaching and challenging senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience across employee relations, organisational development, performance management and change management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate commercial priorities into practical people solutions.
• Comfortable working with data and metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting growth, transformation or organisational change.
• Knowledge of HR systems and people analytics tools; IRIS Cascade and Power BI experience would be advantageous.
• Chartered MCIPD (or equivalent) essential.
