We're working with a fantastic, small but growing independent creative marketing agency in Leeds that's looking for an Account Manager to join its team.

Established for many years, the agency has built some brilliant long-standing client relationships, working with a great mix of national and international brands across branding, design, integrated campaigns, digital and content.

It's a great opportunity to join a friendly, close-knit team where you'll enjoy plenty of variety, responsibility and the chance to grow.

The role

You'll manage client relationships and creative projects from initial brief through to delivery, working closely with designers and creative specialists.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Managing multiple creative projects, budgets and timelines.
• Taking client briefs and coordinating creative delivery.
• Liaising with designers and external creative partners.
• Identifying opportunities to develop existing accounts.

About you

You'll ideally have 2–4 years' account management experience within a creative, integrated or marketing agency.

We're looking for someone who's organised, proactive, commercially aware and confident managing clients and projects. Someone who enjoys agency life, takes ownership and genuinely cares about delivering great work.
