What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a varied caseload of Employment Tribunal litigation, predominantly claimant matters
• Advising on executive exits, settlement agreements and wider employment issues
• Supporting the Corporate and Commercial team with employment-related matters
• Working closely with an experienced Partner and contributing to the team's continued growth

The ideal Candidate

• Qualified Employment Solicitor, ideally with 4+ years' PQE
• Strong Employment Tribunal litigation experience
• Experience advising employers or handling respondent matters would be advantageous
• Confident managing your own caseload with excellent client care skills
• Commercially minded, proactive and keen to develop your career
