The Opportunity

Are you an experienced eBilling professional looking for your next challenge within a growing international business?

We’re recruiting an eBilling Analyst to join a well-established professional services organisation based in Leeds City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative finance team, taking ownership of complex eBilling processes, supporting key clients and helping drive continuous improvements across the function.

Working closely with the eBilling Supervisor, you'll play an important role in ensuring billing processes run smoothly, resolving complex queries and supporting the development of junior team members. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a variety of internal stakeholders, contribute to process improvements and help maintain high standards of accuracy and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer eBilling systems, ensuring billing activities are completed accurately and within agreed SLAs.
  • Oversee complex billing queries, rejections, uploads, reconciliations and resolutions, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
  • Act as a key point of contact for complex eBilling matters, supporting internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Produce monthly client reports and snapshots, providing updates on billing performance and outstanding issues.
  • Work closely with Collections teams to review aged debt, resolve billing discrepancies and support cash collection.
  • Support the training, mentoring and development of junior team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best practice.
  • Assist with the development of training materials, standardised procedures and consistent end-to-end processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Previous experience working within an eBilling environment, including reconciliations and resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Experience using different eBilling systems, platforms and file formats.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • A proactive approach to identifying process improvements and supporting best practice.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Experience working within a multi-currency or shared services environment would be advantageous. Previous experience supporting or mentoring colleagues would also be beneficial.

What's on Offer?

  • Hybrid working, with just 2 days per week in the Leeds City Centre office.
  • The opportunity to join an established international organisation.
  • A collaborative working environment with opportunities for professional development.
  • Access to a range of employee benefits, including health and wellbeing support.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • A role offering a combination of technical eBilling responsibilities, stakeholder engagement and process improvement.
