Raw Selection is an executive search firm partnering with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to secure executive talent.

We are in our next growth phase. Our first milestone is £10M in revenue. To get there, we are building the next tranche of graduates to elite private equity executive search professionals.

What this role includes

• 9-month development programme: daily role play, call reviews, structured L&D programme
• Daily conversations with CEO’s, CFO’s, COO’s daily across Private Equity-backed companies
• High volume outreach via the phone, email and LinkedIn
• High-performance targets and metrics focus

Requirements

• First-class honours degree
• Big ambitions + long term mindset
• High resilience
• Highest standards for work ethic
• Demonstration of investing in yourself outside of your degree

Location:
Leeds city centre, office-based

Compensation:
Basic Salary: £26,000.00
1st year OTE: £30,000 to £35,000

2nd year OTE: £50,000 to £80,000
