Must-Have Skills and Experience

• Hands-on technical leadership: Experience leading a small team, planning and allocating tasks, guiding technical delivery and managing stakeholders while remaining actively involved in implementation.
• TypeScript and JavaScript: Hands-on TypeScript development with a strong understanding of modern JavaScript, types and interfaces, supported by practical project examples.
• React web: Hands-on browser-based React application experience, including components, hooks and state management. React Native experience alone does not meet the React web requirement.
• Node.js: Practical experience with APIs and asynchronous processing, with concrete examples of debugging and performance troubleshooting.
• Unit testing: Hands-on Jest and React Testing Library experience, including mocking, assertions, asynchronous testing and maintainable tests focused on user behavior.
• Cloud experience: Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP, with clear examples of services used and personal responsibilities.
