Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Micro Frontend Architecture to join our Banking & Financial Services technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while ensuring high performance, security, and reliability across enterprise platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience in modern frontend and backend development, micro frontend ecosystems, unit testing, and cloud-ready application architectures. Experience working within the Banking and Financial Services domain will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web applications using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Build reusable and maintainable UI components following modern development standards.
• Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or similar frameworks.
• Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces with strong focus on performance and accessibility.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and asynchronous services.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Micro Frontend Architecture

• Design and implement Micro Frontend solutions using Webpack Module Federation and other integration techniques.
• Enable independent deployment and scalability of frontend modules.
• Manage communication and routing across multiple micro frontend applications.
• Maintain consistency in UI/UX standards across distributed applications.
• Optimize shared dependency management to avoid duplication and performance issues.

Backend Development

• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OAuth, and related security protocols.
• Build middleware, routing, and caching solutions to improve application performance.
• Diagnose and resolve memory leaks, bottlenecks, and performance challenges within Node.js applications.

Quality Engineering & Testing

• Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Create mock services and API simulations for isolated testing.
• Ensure high code coverage and adherence to testing best practices.
• Validate asynchronous workflows and React Hook implementations through automated testing.

DevOps, Build & Monitoring

• Work with Git, npm, Yarn, Webpack, and Vite for source control and build management.
• Utilize browser developer tools for debugging and performance optimization.
• Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues using Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and release activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with React.js, React Hooks, Redux, Context API, and React Router.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, and Cross-Browser Compatibility.
• Hands-on experience implementing Micro Frontend Architectures.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with API development, integration, and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of security best practices, including:

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale React and Node.js applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in Micro Frontend architecture and modern web technologies.
