Regional Manager - Yorkshire / Lincolnshire (Financial Planning/IFA Sector) - #2181514

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Manager to support the integration of acquired IFA firms and drive organic growth across a growing financial planning business across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

Working closely with advisers you will help embed best practices, develop professional introducer relationships, support acquisition integrations, and encourage the teams to integrate into the company's proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development initiatives to increase client acquisition and retention.
• Support newly acquired firms through successful integration.
• Build and maintain relationships with professional introducers, including solicitors and accountants.
• Assist with client allocation, adviser support and regulatory processes.
• Promote adoption of group working practices and investment propositions.

About You:

• Previous financial planning experience.
• Proven track record in management / business development.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Acquisition integration or change management experience would be advantageous.
