Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of paid media campaigns across a variety of clients and industries.
• Support the development and implementation of effective Paid Media strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to establish, monitor and achieve campaign KPIs.
• Analyse campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve results.
• Research competitor activity and market trends to help shape campaign recommendations.
• Develop your expertise across Paid Search platforms, including Google, Bing and Apple Search.
• Gain hands-on experience across Paid Social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X.

Experience Required:

• A genuine passion for digital marketing and a desire to develop a career in Paid Media.

• An analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

Previous Paid Search or Paid Social experience is advantageous, but a great attitude and enthusiasm to learn are just as important.
